Hi everyone. I know it's been awhile but I have been having a weird problem and was wondering if anyone could help. What's been happening is that when I go into Outlook Express to check email, I'm getting new messages but they are not being read by JAWS. The reason I know that these new messages are in fact being displayed on-screen is that I had my father and some other sighted people come check the screen. However, a very strange thing has been happening. Apparently old messages have been appearing and reappearing, presumably off of my server somewhere. JAWS has only been reading these old messages. I seem to be sending messages just fine though. I first went to Freedom Scientific's website and filled out a tech-support form which is posted up there. But when I checked my email via www.comcast.net , I got a message back from FS indicating that everything seems to be working perfectly with JAWS. I've also contacted Comcast, my ISP and Microsoft. Everything is okay with Comcast, and Microsoft has sent me back several replies but I need sighted assistance to accomplish the things in these replies. Any assistance would be very much appreciated. This problem has been going on now for the better part of four weeks.
